The Hamburg-based meta search engine Joblift raised an additional EUR 10 million in capital. The new funds came from existing investors Cherry Ventures, btov Partners and TruVenturo as well as entrepreneur Alexander Samwer and the London-based risk capital providers DN Capital and Picus Capital. Joblift, which launched in 2015 under the name Everyjob, currently employs 50 people in Hamburg and Berlin. Its meta search engine scans 4,000 sites for job vacancies, including 100 partner pages in France, Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. The company will reportedly use the funds to hire additional staff and launch a TV advertising campaign.
